Weddingkart supports adding international guests, ensuring smooth communication and seamless WhatsApp messaging across different countries.
🌍 Adding International Guests Manually
1️⃣ Navigate to Guest Management
Open the Guest Management section in the Weddingkart app.
Click on Add Manually.
2️⃣ Enter Guest Details
Fill in the guest's Name.
Enter their Phone Number with the correct country code (e.g., +1 for the USA, +44 for the UK, +971 for UAE).
Assign the guest to a group (optional).
Click Save to add the guest.
📥 Adding International Guests via Excel Import
If you are uploading a large number of international guests, use the Excel Import feature.
Ensure all phone numbers include the country code.
Format phone numbers correctly (e.g., +12025550123 for a US number).
If you forget to add country codes, the system will flag these as errors.
📌 Important Considerations for International Guests
✅ Automatic Country Code Assumption
If a phone number does not include a country code, the system will assume the country code of the person adding the guests.
For example, if you are an Indian user logged into the app with an Indian number (
+91 9876543210), then all numbers without a country code will be assumed to be Indian (+91).If all your guests are local, it is okay to omit the country code.
If you have a mix of local and international guests, make sure you add a country code (with +) for all international guests.

Be mindful of the guest's time zone when sending announcements.
