Weddingkart supports adding international guests, ensuring smooth communication and seamless WhatsApp messaging across different countries.

🌍 Adding International Guests Manually

1️⃣ Navigate to Guest Management

• Open the Guest Management section in the Weddingkart app.

• Click on Add Manually.

2️⃣ Enter Guest Details

• Fill in the guest's Name.

• Enter their Phone Number with the correct country code (e.g., +1 for the USA, +44 for the UK, +971 for UAE).

• Assign the guest to a group (optional).

• Click Save to add the guest.

📥 Adding International Guests via Excel Import

If you are uploading a large number of international guests, use the Excel Import feature.

• Ensure all phone numbers include the country code.

• Format phone numbers correctly (e.g., [phone] for a US number).

• If you forget to add country codes, the system will flag these as errors.

📌 Important Considerations for International Guests

✅ Automatic Country Code Assumption

• If a phone number does not include a country code, the system will assume the country code of the person adding the guests.

• For example, if you are an Indian user logged into the app with an Indian number ([phone]), then all numbers without a country code will be assumed to be Indian (+91).

• If all your guests are local, it is okay to omit the country code.

• If you have a mix of local and international guests, make sure you add a country code (with +) for all international guests.
