Weddingkart's Two-Way Chat feature allows event managers and guests to communicate seamlessly through an integrated messaging system. Whether it's responding to queries, sharing updates, or coordinating event logistics, this feature ensures smooth communication.

Guest is always on WhatsApp. Its just the Event Manager and Host who are operating on the WK App.

  1. Guest Messages

    • Guests send messages via WhatsApp.

    • The message is received by the event manager in the Weddingkart app.

  2. Event Manager Responses

    • Event managers can reply directly from the Weddingkart app.

    • Messages to guests are delivered on WhatsApp.

  3. Real-Time Updates

    • Notifications ensure no message is missed.

    • Read receipts indicate whether messages have been seen.
