Weddingkart allows you to efficiently collect and manage travel details from your guests, ensuring seamless coordination for logistics.
📌 Note: Sending an announcement is not mandatory. Even if you do not send an announcement, guests can still upload their tickets, and they will be processed in the same way.
Navigate to Announcements in the Weddingkart app.
Click Create Announcement and select Travel Ticket Collection.
Choose a template or write a custom message.
Select guests individually or by group.
Send the announcement via WhatsApp.
Guests will receive a WhatsApp message with a secure link where they can upload their travel ticket details.
Open the Travel Tickets section in Weddingkart.
View submitted travel details from guests.
Click on the Sync button to export all ticket information to Google Sheets.
Share the Google Sheet directly with your logistics team for seamless coordination.
Resend the announcement to all guests, asking them to submit their travel details if they haven't already.
We will introduce a feature that allows sending reminders only to guests who have not responded.
Request travel details well in advance for better planning.
Follow up with guests who haven't submitted their details.
Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange pickups based on guest arrival details.
