Collect Travel Tickets

Weddingkart allows you to efficiently collect and manage travel details from your guests, ensuring seamless coordination for logistics.

📌 Note: Sending an announcement is not mandatory. Even if you do not send an announcement, guests can still upload their tickets, and they will be processed in the same way.

Flow for Travel Ticket Collection

✈️ Requesting Travel Details

1. Navigate to Announcements in the Weddingkart app.

2. Click Create Announcement

3. Choose a template

4. Select guests individually or by group.

5. Send the announcement asking them to upload their travel ticket details on WhatsApp itself. Ask your guests to send tickets in pdf format and not screenshots.

Guests will now start uploading their travel tickets.

📑 Viewing Collected Travel Tickets

1. Open "Export Guest Data on Homepage"

2. Click on the Sync button to export all ticket information to Google Sheets.

3. Share the Google Sheet directly with your logistics team for seamless coordination.

🔔 Sending Travel Ticket Reminders

• Resend the announcement to all guests, asking them to submit their travel details if they haven't already.

• You can choose to send reminders only to guests who have not responded by selecting a group called "Travel TicketS: Not Sent".

• Request travel details well in advance for better planning.

• Follow up with guests who haven't submitted their details.

• Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange pickups based on guest arrival details.
