  • missing_required_field - Required column is empty

  • invalid_format - Data format doesn't match expected type

  • duplicate_guest - Same guest appears multiple times

  • incomplete_profile - Guest profile missing important information

  • invalid_group_assignment - Guest assigned to non-existent group

Severity Levels

Issues have three severity levels:

  • Critical - Requires immediate attention, blocks functionality

  • Warning - Should be addressed soon, may cause problems

  • Info - Informational, low priority

πŸ€– Smart Merge

How It Works

Smart Merge automatically combines duplicate issues to prevent clutter:

  • Fingerprint Matching - Issues with same fingerprint are merged

  • Occurrence Counting - Tracks how many times issue occurred

  • Last Occurrence - Updates timestamp of most recent occurrence

  • Automatic - Happens when creating new issues

Fingerprint Generation

Fingerprint is based on:

  • Wedding ID

  • Issue category

  • Issue type

  • Guest ID (if applicable)

  • Key data (title, etc.)

Example

Scenario:

  • Guest import fails for phone "1234567890" 5 times

  • Instead of 5 separate issues, creates 1 issue with occurrence_count = 5

Benefits:

  • Cleaner issue list

  • Better tracking of recurring problems

  • Easier to identify patterns
